Perforated Metal Sheets Successfully Inspected and Shipped to Indonesia

Fashion Wire Mesh recently completed an export order of perforated metal sheets for a customer in Indonesia.
The shipment included a total of 840 sheets, manufactured using galvanized steel and stainless steel 304 (SS304) materials.

The perforated sheets were produced with multiple hole diameters, including 1.0mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm, 5.0mm, 6.0mm, 8.0mm, and 10mm, to meet different application requirements.  

To ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy, all perforated sheets underwent strict in-house inspection.
An independent third-party inspection was also arranged with SGS, covering material verification, hole size accuracy, sheet thickness, and overall workmanship.

The inspection was successfully passed, confirming that the products met the customer’s technical and quality requirements.

After inspection approval, all perforated metal sheets were properly packed for export shipment to prevent surface damage during transportation.
The goods were then arranged for delivery to Indonesia according to the agreed logistics schedule.

This shipment reflects our capability in handling multi-specification perforated metal production, third-party inspection coordination, and export packing for international customers.
