In response to China’s ongoing urban renewal and old residential community renovation program, Fashion Wire Mesh participated in a renovation project in Beijing, supplying approximately 2,780 sets of aluminum air conditioner outdoor unit protective covers.
To ensure proper fit and installation efficiency, our team conducted on-site measurements and adjusted product dimensions according to actual site conditions. Installation methods were also optimized to accommodate different building structures and space limitations commonly found in older residential communities.
The aluminum air conditioner covers were designed to provide equipment protection, ventilation, and visual improvement, helping integrate outdoor units more harmoniously with the building facade. All covers were manufactured using durable aluminum materials suitable for long-term outdoor use.
The design patterns and styles of the covers can be fully customized based on project requirements, allowing flexibility in appearance, perforation patterns, and installation methods.
This project demonstrates Fashion Wire Mesh’s capability in handling large-quantity customized metal fabrication for residential renovation and urban infrastructure improvement projects.
